Choose the colours:

I have over 70 colours to choose from, you can either pop into The Gallery Makers Shop in Mansell Street to pick out the exact colours you want, or you can request that I do a selection, say 'blues and greens' or 'pinks and purples' or you can ask me to keep to say 'pastels' or 'bright colours' - it's very flexible!

Choose the theme:

Let me know what kind of decoration you would like! It could be a reference to something already on the website, or something completely new! I'm happy to do brand new designs by request, providing you are happy that they will be of similar style to the designs shown!

Place an order:

You can place an order either by emailing the above details to me at roundchimneypottery@cwgsy.net or calling me on 07781 419 284. You can also pop into The Gallery Makers Shop - I'm there on Mondays 10-6pm and Thursdays 12:30-6pm if you'd like to discuss with me personally, or you can pop in any other time during the week where my colleagues will be happy to place an order for you.

Payment:

Payment is required at the time of placing the order - for email/telephone orders payment can be made by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque, payable to Round Chimney Pottery and posted to:

Tintagel, Villas Doreys, Round Chimney, St Sampsons, Guernsey GY2 4NY

or by cash/cheque in person at the above address or at The Gallery in Mansell Street. For orders placed in The Gallery Makers Shop, payments can be made by card/cash or cheque.

Please note for orders outside Guernsey, I will need to get a postage quote for you before a total cost is established - this is normally confirmed on the same day that the order is placed.

Collection:

Completed orders will be available to collect from The Gallery in Mansell Street within two weeks from the time that payment is received, although if the order is required in less than two weeks, please ask as I may be able to help!

Delivery to customers outside Guernsey is by choice of normal post/signed for or registered mail - quoted to be given at the time of booking.
